• Collaboration on consulting and transformation projects related to prescription processing in healthcare
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes and derivation of pragmatic improvement measures
• Moderation of votes, workshops or project appointments
• Preparation of analyses, concepts, presentations and decision-making bases
• Support for the implementation of new processes, tools and systems
• Involvement in quality assurance, testing, documentation and go-live

• Completed degree, ideally with a focus on health, business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good communication skills and professional appearance
• Affinity for digital topics and safe use of MS Office
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
• Experience in operational processes in recipe processing and billing
