Requirements for funding
With the INQA coaching program, small and medium-sized enterprises receive state-sponsored support — up to 12,000€ in subsidy for coaching services. You save 80% of the costs, only 20% of your own contribution is to be borne by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Together with you, we take care of the entire process — uncomplicated, practical and tailored to your industry.
Requirements for funding:
- Number of employees: at least 1 full-time position subject to social security contributions in the last financial year and a total of less than 250 employees
- Headquarters and workplace: both in Germany
- Turnover: annual turnover not more than 50 million euros or annual balance sheet total not more than 43 million euros
- Type of company: legally independent, belongs to the liberal professions or is a non-profit organization
- Founding year: The company existed on the market for at least 2 years or if the legal form was changed, the company was founded more than 5 years ago

The coaching period is a maximum of 7 months, within which up to 12 days of consultation can be flexibly distributed.

You will initially fully pre-finance the coaching. After successful implementation, we will submit the funding documents together. You will then receive up to 80% of the coaching costs reimbursed by the state — directly to your account. We support you through every step of the application process and processing.
After a non-binding initial consultation, we will prepare all documents together and assist you with the application process. The final assessment of eligibility is carried out by the responsible INQA advice center. It is usually possible to start coaching within a few weeks — including all necessary arrangements.
